Price (Euro) include:only stay, final cleaning. hot
water, electricity, gas, kitchen, kitchen utensil,
refrigerator, TV, 1 park for car, swimming pool entrance,
children’s playground, V.A.T.. Optional: € 0,50/kWh for
air-conditioning; € 10,00 each person for sheets and
towels.
The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsability of
the client. If the kitchenette needs to be cleaned by
the staff, a € 20,00 charge will be deducted from the
security deposit. Due to possible breakage or lacks a
deposit of € 150,00 is obligational.
Children (0-3 Age): Free ; Cradle (on demand): Free
Beach Service (umbrella + 2 deckchairs, free
shuttle service), on demand, on site.
From 30/6 to 25/8/2012 only weekly stay. In other
period: minimum stay 2 nights. |
