ART. 1 Upon arrival, campers must hand
over to the management any discount vouchers, as well as documents
of each member of the family for registration. The latter will be
returned on request after 24 hours, with the exception of one
document per party, wich will remain in the ' Managernent'skeeping
until the end of the sojourn.
ART. 2 Prom August 1 to 15 minimum
stay at the campground is 5 days.
ART. 3 Parties will be accepted from 8
p.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
ART. 4 The acces of car and motorbike
to the sites is allowed only for arrivals and departures. Cars
must be parked in the parking area, within the defined spaces,
without obstructing acces to the parking area itself.
ART. 5 From 1 to 4 p.m. and from 11
p.m. to 8 a.m., it's forbidden to make any noise that might
disturb the sleep of campers; at other times the utmost respect
must prevail for the tranquillity of each and all.
ART. 6 Campers will be permitted to
bring their cars alongside the camp site the afternoon prior to
the day of departure.
ART. 7 The site must be vacated not
earlier than 8 a.m. nor later than 1 p.m.: this is to allow the
next campers to settle in before nightfall. In case of failure to
comply, an additional day's stay in the campground will be charged.
ART. 8 The camp management is in no
case liable for possible thefts, nor for accidents due to natural
causes, or accidents occurring everywhere in the campground.
ART. 9 Children under 12 are admitted
to the facilities and to the pool only accompanied by adults.
ART. 10 If a camper receives visits,
he is obliged to meet his guests at the entrance to the campground
and to register them with the Management, and he is responsible
for the conduct of his guests.
ART. 11 If electric power is needed,
rubber cables conforming to CEE standards must be used.
ART. 12 Tents and trailers must be
installed within the assigned sites. Where site boundaries are
undefined, the distance must be such as not to interfere with
mutual freedom, and no sort of fencing must be setup, nor ditches
dug around tents or trailers, in case of disputes, the Management
decision is final.
ART 13 Separate sinks are available in
the camp for personal needs, for washing clotches, for washing
food and dishes, and for cleaning fish, and it is strictly
forbidden to use them in any manner other than that for wich each
provided.
ART. 14 The fountains located
throughout the camp are to be used solely for drawing drinking
water.
ART. 15 Any object
found in the campground must be turned over the Management, who
will see that it is returned to the legitimate owners.
ART. 16 Telephone messages, letters,
and all types of communications will be left in the proper
alphabetic box.
ART. 17 Paper and trash must be
deposited in the appropriate containers throughout the camp.
ART. 18 It is forbidden to pour out
dirty, hot or soapy water on the ground. Trailers must make use of
the special waste recipients and these emptied in the special
"chemical disposers" available.
ART, 19 Animals must be keep
constantly on a leash and provided with a muzzle and owner shall
be held personally responsible for any damages.
Owners must take their animals outside
the campground to urinate and defecate. In exceptional case to the
contrary, the owner must be prepared to pick up his animal's feces
with a shovel and deposit it in a garbage bag. It's strictly
prohibited to bring animals into the bar, the minimarket or in the
swimming pool area.
ART. 20 The Management
warns that failure to comply may lead to the filing of a complaint
with the Judicial Authority and expulsion from the campground.
